How to make Overnight oats 

Intro

Get the benefits of oats without adding any fruits to it. Here are six easy steps to make healthy and tasty overnight oats.

Ingredients

Half cup of rolled oats, a cup of milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, Toppings like nuts, seeds, or nut butter

Step 1:  Combine Dry Ingredients

Firstly, take a bowl. Put in half cup of rolled oats. Then, add chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Mix them together.

Step 2:  Add wet ingredients

Pour a cup of milk with honey to it. Now it’s time to add vanilla extract. Stir well to blend all of them.

Step 3:  MIX MIX MIX

You need to make sure that the oats are fully into the liquid. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Step 4:  Move it

Now it’s time to move the mixture from the bowl. Put it into a jar. Cover the jar with a lid. This will make it easier to store in the fridge.

Step 5:  Refrigerate

Put the jar in the refrigerator. Let it sit overnight. It will allow the oats to absorb the liquid. They will soften up and gather all the flavours.

Step 6:  Add Toppings

Take it out of the fridge in the morning. Top your overnight oats with some toppings. You can use nuts and seeds. They will give you extra flavour and nutrition.

Step 7:  Tips to Serve

● You can eat it cold directly from the refrigerator. ● You can also heat it up in the microwave for a minute if you want it warm.
