100 grams of paneer, 2 slices of bread, a finely chopped onion and tomato, a green chilli, chopped fresh coriander, a teaspoon of chaat masala, Salt to taste and Butter or oil
In a bowl, add the grated paneer to make filling. Then put in the chopped onion and tomato. Chop and add green chilli to it. You can add coriander to give it a unique flavour. Add chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
Take two bread slices. Spread some butter or oil on one side of each slice. This will help them get crispy when frying.
Place some of the paneer mixture on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread. Cover it with another slice of bread. Make sure the buttered side is facing out.
Heat a pan on medium heat. Once hot, place the sandwich in the pan. Cook until the bottom is golden brown. Now carefully flip it over. Cook the other side until it’s also golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the sandwich from the pan. Cut it into halves or quarters. You can serve it hot with ketchup or green chutney.
