2 slices of bread, a cup of curd, 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables, 1-2 green chilies, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, Salt to taste, Fresh coriander leaves, Butter or oil for toasting
Take a mixing bowl. Add curd to it. Then, mix in the chopped vegetables and green chilies. Now add chaat masala and salt. Stir the entire mixture to combine all the ingredients.
Place a tawa over medium heat. You can add a little butter or oil to the pan. It will keep your toast from sticking. Place the bread slices on the tawa.
When bread slices turn golden brown, take them off the tawa. Spread a good amount of the mixture on each slice of toasted bread.
You can sprinkle some extra chaat masala on it. Then top it with chopped coriander leaves. It will give you an added flavour.
Your dahi toast is now ready. You can cut them into halves or quarters for easy serving.
