Breakfast time - 10AM, Mid Morning 12AM, Lunch time- 2PM, Snack time 4PM, Dinner time - 7PM Post Dinner 9PM

Day 1

Breakfast: Poha with peas, carrots, and onions Lunch: Dal with rice, with cooked spinach. Snacks: Fresh fruit chaat smoothie Dinner: Vegetable curry with 2 rotis and cucumber raita.

Day 2

Breakfast: Masala dosa with coconut chutney and sambar. Lunch: Rajma curry with jeera rice and mixed vegetable salad. Snack: Roasted chickpeas with a sprinkle of chaat masala. Dinner: Baingan bharta with 2 rotis and cucumber-tomato salad.

Day 3

Breakfast: Upma with mixed vegetables Lunch: Palak paneer with jeera rice and cucumber raita. Snack: Roasted peanuts Dinner: Vegetable biryani with raita and mixed vegetable salad.

Day 4

Breakfast: Moong dal cheela with mint chutney and cucumber slices. Lunch: Chole curry with jeera rice and mixed vegetable salad. Snack: Coconut water Dinner: Aloo gobi with two rotis and cucumber-tomato salad.

Day 5

Breakfast: Vegetable uttapam with coconut chutney and sambar. Lunch: Paneer tikka masala with jeera rice and cucumber raita. Snack: Masala roasted makhana (fox nuts) Dinner: Mixed vegetable curry with roti and a side of mixed vegetable salad

Day 6

Breakfast: Vegetable poha with peas, carrots, and onions. Lunch: Methi dal with rice and cooked spinach. Snack: Spiced roasted chickpeas Dinner: Baingan bharta with two rotis and cucumber-tomato salad.

Day 7

Breakfast: Masala omelette with onions, tomatoes, and green chilies, served with whole wheat bread. Lunch: Mixed vegetable curry with jeera rice and mixed vegetable salad. Snack: Roasted peanuts with chaat masala. Dinner: Vegetable biryani with raita and cucumber raita.
