Intro

Chia pudding without using fruits can be a good idea. If you have not tried it yet, here is your sign to make one with this recipe!

Ingredients

1/4 cup chia seeds, a cup of milk, a sweetener like honey or maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, A pinch of salt

Step 1:  Combine Ingredients

You can use a bowl or jar for this step. To it, add the chia seeds and milk. Put in the sweetener of your choice. Then add vanilla extract.

Step 2:  Stir Well

Mix everything together. Make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed in the liquid. It will prevent clumping.

Step 3.:  Let It Sit:

Allow the mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes. It will let chia seeds absorb some of the liquid. You will see, they start to swell.

Step 4:  Stir Again

After the first sitting period, stir the mixture. It will break up any clumps that may have formed. You will see a smooth texture.

Step 5:  Refrigerate

Cover the bowl or jar. Put it in the fridge. Let it chill for at least two hours. You can put it overnight. This allows the chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid. It will give you a pudding-like texture.

Step 6:  Serve

Once the pudding has thickened, give it a good stir. You can top it with nuts or seeds. Your pudding is ready to enjoy!
