Day 1:

Breakfast: Masala omelette with spinach and cheese. Lunch: Palak paneer (spinach with cottage cheese) cooked in ghee. Dinner: Tandoori chicken with a side of cauliflower rice.

Day 2:

Breakfast: Bulletproof coffee (coffee blended with ghee and coconut oil). Lunch: Chicken tikka masala with a side of cucumber raita. Dinner: Mutton curry with a side of sautéed broccoli.

Day 3:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with capsicum and cheese. Lunch: Paneer bhurji (scrambled cottage cheese) cooked in coconut oil. Dinner: Fish curry with a side of cauliflower rice.

Day 4:

Breakfast: Spinach and mushroom omelette cooked in ghee. Lunch: Chicken kebabs with a side of mint chutney. Dinner: Egg curry with a side of stir-fried cabbage.

Day 5:

Breakfast: Bulletproof tea (tea blended with ghee and coconut oil). Lunch: Palak chicken (spinach with chicken) cooked in coconut oil. Dinner: Lamb curry with a side of cauliflower rice.

Day 6:

Breakfast: Cheese and vegetable frittata. Lunch: Tandoori fish with cucumber raita. Dinner: Chicken curry with a side of sautéed spinach.

Day 7:

Breakfast: Mushroom and cheese omelette cooked in ghee. Lunch: Paneer tikka with a side of mint chutney. Dinner: Eggplant curry with a side of cauliflower rice.
