Meal timings for 7 Day Intermittent Fasting 

Breakfast: 8 am Lunch:2 pm Dinner:8 pm

Day 1

Breakfast: Oatmeal prepared with skimmed milk Lunch: Brown rice with lentil soup & side of spinach. Dinner: Bottle gourd vegetable with 2 rotis

Day 2

Breakfast: One bowl of vegetable poha with a glass of skimmed milk Lunch: Chickpea salad with cucumber, tomatoes, & lemon juice Dinner: Baked fish with a bowl of cooked rice

Day 3

Breakfast: Greek yoghourt with fresh fruits & nuts with herbal tea Lunch: Brown rice with vegetable curry made with carrots & green beans Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with a side of roasted asparagus & 1 roti

Day 4

Breakfast: A bowl wheat porridge Lunch: Dal and 2 rotis with a side of sliced cucumber Dinner: Grilled fish with a side of steamed green beans

Day 5

Breakfast: 2 idlis with chutney & a cup of herbal tea Lunch: Brown rice with cooked spinach & chickpeas Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with a side of roasted carrots & cauliflower

Day 6

Breakfast: Greek yoghourt with fresh fruits and nuts Lunch: Brown rice with vegetable curry made with cauliflower, broccoli & beans Dinner: Baked fish with a side of roasted asparagus

Day 7

Breakfast: Omelette made with egg whites Lunch: 2 Besan Cheela cooked in olive oil with chutney Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with a side of steamed spinach
