Drinks

  • Water

  • Avoid soft drinks, fruit juice, flavored milk, alcohol, and sports drinks. 

Foods to avoid with endometriosis:

Saturated Fats:

Restrict consumption of egg yolks, bacon, sausage, and any kind of highly processed snacks like cookies.

Red Meat:

High-fat Dairy Products:
